Pricing ~ Policy Royal Limousine West has developed several packages to assure that you are getting the best pricing for your event.  Each package will have a separate price schedule based upon the nature of your event, type of limousine, number of hours, date, times and other requests. Deposits: A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required to hold all reservations.  A grace period of ten working days is given for a full refund (less deposit) for any full payment made prior to charter.  Request must be made in writing either by mail or e-mail. Gratuity: There will be a minimum 20% gratuity charge added to the price of each charter.  Additional gratuity to your driver is always appreciated. Payment Methods:  Cash, checks, and  are accepted.  A payment by check must be cashed and cleared by our bank no less then 10 working days prior to any rendering of services. Multiple hour discounts are available... Extended Time:  If your charter extends past your reserved time slot, the remaining time will be charged in hour increments.  This charge will be in ratio to normal rates set for that day and will be noted on your contract.  Additional hours begin after 15 minutes past original end time. Extra Charges:  Most packages are all inclusive.  If there are any extra service charges it will be discussed when you book your event and highlighted on your contract. Multiple Stops:  All stops must be prearranged before the charter begins.  Due to the size of our vehicles, drivers must map out each charter in advance.  These precautions are for the safety of each passenger as well as the driver and vehicle.  Unscheduled stops are at the driver's discretion. Damage to Vehicle:  Parties causing damage to the vehicles during a charter are directly responsible for the cost of all cleaning and repairs.  To avoid damages please read the following:  No smoking, no feet on bars, no leaning on glass holders, no hanging out of windows, no playing with electrical switches, no rowdy or questionable behaviour. Max Capacity: Drivers are not authorized to exceed the number of passengers stated on your contract.  This is in violation to state law and insurance guidelines. No alcoholic beverages will be stocked or permitted in vehicles with passengers under the age of 21 unless their legal guardian present.  Consumption of alcohol by a minor is never tolerated under any circumstances.  Additional beverages are available upon request for addition cost.  No illegal drug use of any kind.
